Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains how Kommento Labs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information for websites, business communications, customers, prospects, sales intelligence, data products, analytics, dashboards, APIs, and related services.
It is intended for website notice, client packets, vendor review, privacy questions, and general disclosure.
Acceptable Use Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy sets rules for lawful and prohibited use of Kommento services, data, dashboards, APIs, reports, exports, enrichment, and sales intelligence.
It covers misuse risks such as unlawful use, abusive automation, unauthorized resale, credential misuse, security abuse, prohibited regulated decisions, and unsafe downstream use.
Data Processing Addendum
The Data Processing Addendum applies when Kommento Labs processes customer personal data on behalf of a customer in connection with services such as enrichment, CRM matching, integration, analysis, or other customer-directed processing.
It addresses processor and service-provider privacy terms, processing instructions, data categories, data subjects, security measures, subprocessors, privacy-law cooperation, deletion, and cross-border processing where applicable.
Information Security Addendum
The Information Security Addendum describes security controls, shared responsibilities, incident response, vendor and subprocessor security, access controls, retention, customer assurance practices, and security review expectations.
It is used for enterprise clients, procurement review, sensitive business data workflows, and customers asking about security controls.
Data License Agreement
The Data License Agreement controls how customers may access, receive, store, integrate, use, export, analyze, retain, delete, and handle Kommento data, reports, API outputs, enrichment outputs, lead lists, business intelligence, and derived data.
It addresses permitted use, seats, territory, CRM upload rights, exports, retention, AI or model-use restrictions, redistribution, resale, and downstream limits.
Master Services Agreement
The Master Services Agreement is the main business agreement for data, software, platforms, reports, dashboards, APIs, consulting, analytics, enrichment, implementation, support, and related services.
It is paired with order forms, statements of work, data license terms, acceptable use terms, and any applicable privacy or security addenda.
